I can read it! If it feels too strong, try a little grey or color in the white. (as in the profile and sidebar headings...they look a little grey). Very good to think of readability!
I don't mind it at all... but I'm so used to blackle.com so. On the upside, too, black backgrounds save a ridiculous amount of energy. Thanks for going green, *I mean black.
